Window Pros LLC (“Window Pros”) offers an SMS/MMS messaging program to provide customers with appointment reminders, service confirmations, scheduling updates, follow-up messages, estimates, invoices, and occasional promotional offers related to our window cleaning services in the Reno and Sparks, Nevada area.
3. Opt-In & Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from Window Pros — whether verbally, in writing, via our website, or through our booking system — you agree to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from us. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the services you’ve scheduled.
